Course Information
Thank you to all who applied for the popular Neuromodulation for Advanced Implantable Therapies: A Hands-On Cadaver Course for Pain Fellows, taking place Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Viticus Center-Eastern Campus in Las Vegas, NV—just prior to the NANS2026 Annual Meeting.
This landmark course features hands-on experiential learning in the evidence-based and appropriate use of advanced pain and neuromodulation. It includes interactive discussions with top experts in the field of neuromodulation.
Topics include spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, intrathecal drug delivery, advanced interventional techniques, surgical skills, and more.This course provides a comprehensive foundation for integrating advanced neuromodulation into clinical pain practice.

Eligibility & Application
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be enrolled in an ACGME-accredited pain medicine fellowship at the time of the course (i.e., January 22, 2026). Applicants will be required to upload a letter confirming their enrollment signed by their program director.
Be a current NANS member in good standing. If not already a member, please visit NANS Membershipfor more info about NANS' Trainee membership.
International fellows will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of their training program to ensure that the course appropriately complements their fellowship training.
Required application materials:
A signed letter from your ACGME pain fellowship program director.
A complete online application submitted by September 8, 2025 (NOW CLOSED).
All applications will be reviewed by a NANS committee, and decisions will be communicated via email in October 2025.
Accepted Applicants
Participants accepted into the course will receive:
Two nights of lodging (room,tax, and resort fee) at the LINQ Hotel + Experience (Wednesday–Thursday, January 21–22, 2026).
Shuttle service to/from the ViticusCenter.
Breakfast at Caesars Palace and lunch at Viticus Center on the day of the course.
To participate, accepted course participants must:
Register for the course and pay a $300 registration fee.
NOTE:This fee is specific to the one-day Cadaver Lab Course and does not include registration for NANS 2026 Annual Meeting (January 23–25 at Caesars Palace).If you would like to attend the NANS 2026 Annual Meeting, there will be a separate registration fee.
Maintain NANS membership. (Join if not already a member.)
Book your hotel room at the LINQHotel + Experience. (Booking instructions will be provided upon acceptance.)
Complete some pre-work prior to the course and view the NANS Cadaver Course Lab Videos. (Instructions will be sent to accepted participants.)
