Be Aware! ​There are websites claiming to offer registration and housing services for the NANS Annual Meeting that are not affiliated with NANS and do not offer any services on our behalf. Registration and housing should only be accessed from the NANS website. Housing is provided by Caesars Palace and the LINQ Hotel + Experience, reserved via the secure link to Caesars Entertainment to access our discounted hotel rates.

  • Maximum occupancy is four people per room in existing bedding. Regardless of age, an additional nightly fee of $30 plus tax per person will apply to rooms with more than two occupants.
  • Rates do not include a $32 ($36.28 with tax) daily resort fee and 13.38% occupancy tax (subject to change).
  • The resort fee includes in-room high speed Internet each day (two devices per day), daily access to the fitness center for two, and all local phone calls.

Payment/Deposit Information
All reservations require a one-night room and tax deposit to guarantee the guest room. The hotels accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa as forms of payment.

Hotel Changes and Cancellations
You may make changes to your reservation online by selecting “Manage Reservations” at the top right-hand corner.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid penalty charges. If you do not cancel your reservation in time or fail to check in on the scheduled date of arrival, your deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited. Your reservation will also be cancelled for the remainder of the stay.

Airport Information
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is located 3.5 miles away (15-minute drive). Taxis and ride share (Lyft & Uber) are available at the airport. 
Parking Information

Visa Information
Attendees from outside the United States may need to apply for a visa at the American Embassy, Consulate, or other visa issuing office in your country of origin. Please begin your visa application process as soon as possible. Some countries take several months to process applications. Go to the U.S. Department of State website for information on obtaining your visa.

For visa purposes, if you require a Letter of Invitation from NANS for your visa application please email Jennifer Richards your name, company and mailing address, and a personalized letter will be sent to you.
 
Please note: Invitation letters imply no obligation by the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS) to cover registration fees, accommodations, travel expenses, or any other costs associated with participation in this meeting. NANS is not able to contact U.S. Embassies or Consulates on behalf of any individual attempting to enter the United States to attend the meeting.
