Eligibility

Volunteers must:

Be a current NANS member in the Active, Early Career, Associate, or Trainee categories.
Agree to NANS Volunteer Values: mutual respect, confidentiality, accountability, professionalism, innovation, and duty to act in the interest of the organization.
Be willing to make an annual commitment with possible reappointment (for roles with committee service).
Limited time? Consider short-term service openings.

Application Process

How it works:

Review the eligibility requirements.
Complete the Volunteer Application and submit the Conflict of Interest Disclosure form and your CV. *Applications are currently closed. The open call will take place in early 2027.
Applicants will receive a confirmation email within two weeks of the application deadline.
NANS leadership will reviews applications.
Appointments and reappointments will begin in spring–summer, with assignments announced no later than June.
