​The NANS 2024 Annual Meeting is a nonsmoking event.

Dress is business casual attire.

Mobile devices must be turned on vibrate during educational sessions. Individuals are not permitted to take photos or record (audio or video) in the educational session rooms unless authorized by the speaker.

Registration, exhibits, educational sessions, and the paper poster session will take place at Caesars Palace. The cadaver lab is held at the Viticus Center.

Do I need to be a member to attend?
No, but the registration rates are reduced for members. 
How do I register for the meeting?
You can register for the meeting by visiting the Registration page. 
Why isn't my NANS Account working when I try to register as a member?
NANS changed its customer software in July 2023. Login credentials used previously do not work in our new system. All NANS members were provided with a link to establish their new login in July. If you did not receive that email, please contact NANS Member Services team at membership@neuromodulation.org for assistance.

Can I register onsite?
Yes, you can always register onsite. Please come to the registration area located on the Promenade Level in the Palace Tower at Caesars Palace, where we will be happy to help you. Be advised that there may be a line on Friday and Saturday so allow yourself some extra time.
What is included in my registration fee and what is extra?
Visit our Registration page for details on what is included in the registration fee and the additional fees for our pre-conference courses.
Are children allowed at the meeting?
All event activities are intended exclusively for registered attendees. If a child under 18 is accompanied by an adult becomes disruptive, they must be removed from the room immediately. Children under 18 will not be permitted in the Exhibit Hall.  ​
I will be unable to attend the entire meeting. Do I have to pay the full registration?
NANS offers one-day registration (Friday or Saturday) for the Annual Meeting at a discounted rate from the full meeting registration. Only 1 one-day registration is allowed per registrant. If you will be attending more than one day of the Annual Meeting, you will need to register for the full meeting.
Does submitting an abstract register me for the Annual Meeting?
No. Meeting registration is a separate process that is required for all presenters, including accepted abstract presenters. 
How can I confirm that I am registered?
Your meeting registration confirmation will be emailed once your registration has been completed online. If you do not receive a confirmation via email please contact NANS Registration at nans@prereg.net​.
What types of CE Credit does NANS offer?
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) and the North American Neuromodulation Society. The CNS is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
How do I collect my CE certificate or Certificate of Attendance?
Shortly after the Annual Meeting takes place, NANS will email you with a link to claim your CE credit and obtain your certificate. The meeting evaluation site will ask you to complete the overall evaluation and review each session you attended. Your certificate will be available for printing or downloading once you have completed the overall evaluation and the session evaluations. ​
What is the cancellation policy?
