NANS CEO Keri Kramer, CAE
Keri Kramer, CAE
​Chief Executive Officer
Keri Kramer is a seasoned association professional, with more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She has served in roles leading operations, technology, marketing and membership functions. Prior to joining NANS, she was the COO of a global association focused on sustainable urbanism, where she oversaw offices in the US, China and Europe and led return-to-office efforts and organizational recovery after Covid. Throughout her career, she has built strong member-staff partnerships to create positive change within organizations. Her favorite part of NANS is the passion of the community for the potential of neuromodulation to treat illness and restore function.
 
Keri is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives, where she has served on their International Advisory Council, and is a longtime Advocacy Council member for Women Employed. A big softy when it comes to animals, she and her family have fostered dozens of cats and dogs over the years. She lives with her husband, two kids, an assortment of pets, and an inordinate number of lint rollers in Chicago, IL.

Amy Kephart, MPH, CAE
Director of Education
Amy Kephart is an experienced professional in education and research. She holds an MPH and Certified Association Executive credential from the American Society of Association Executives. Most recently, she worked at the American Epilepsy Society for 6+ years and served as the Senior Manager, Education. She has worked for many medical associations in education and research roles, including the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Pain Society. During her time at the AES, she was integral in the development of the Resident EEG Course, Epilepsy Surgery Course, EEG Learning Curriculum, and Epilepsy Fellowship In-Service Training Examination. Amy is known for being a highly effective project manager and implementing process improvements to projects. She is based in Chicago, IL.

Kim Stamp
Education Coordinator
Kim Stamp is a seasoned association administrator, having worked 18 years at the American Academy of Pediatrics, the last 8 years as the CME Coordinator responsible for facilitating faculty and course planning. More recently, Kim has quite literally weathered the storm at two different associations in Florida as they strived to overcome the impact of COVID and hurricanes on their educational conferences. Kim is highly experienced with ACCME standards, disclosure requirements and meeting logistics. She has a sharp eye for proofreading and assembling materials to ensure they are letter perfect and is a cat herder par excellence. She is based in Florida.

Jessie Schlacks
Associate Director of Marketing & Communications
Jessie Schlacks is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with a focus on digital marketing, social media, event promotion, health and patient education, association and membership marketing. She previously served as the Manager of Digital and Social Media Marketing for the American Brain Tumor Association, where she led an omnichannel marketing program for their national patient meeting, as well as the expansion of the organization’s digital presence on social media and web. Formerly, Jessie was a communications specialist with the American Foundry Society, an 8,000-member trade association, where she grew their email marketing and social media programs. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and began her career as a producer and reporter for NPR and CBS affiliate stations in northern Illinois. Jessie lives in Wisconsin and is a volunteer with Meals on Wheels.

Jennifer Richards
Director of Meetings
Jennifer Richards is an experienced professional in the hotel and meetings industry. She most recently served as the Director of Convention Operations at the American Diabetes Association, where she was responsible for the meeting operations and logistics for an annual meeting with 15,000 attendees. During her 14 years with ADA, she oversaw a robust conference and events program and helped the organization transition to a fully virtual meeting during the pandemic. Previously, she worked as a Contracts Manager at a convention housing management company where she used her strong negotiation skills. Jennifer has a reputation for the strong business perspective she brings to meetings and her meticulous attention to detail. She is based in Virginia.

Molly Pusateri
Meetings Manager
Molly Pusateri is a skilled meeting professional with a background in association events and administration. Before joining NANS, she worked as a Meeting Planner and Chapter Administrator at The Management Office and held administrative roles at Wells Fargo and Rush Enterprises. Her diverse experience spans hospitality, administration, and nonprofit sectors, showcasing her organizational skills and commitment to excellence. She is based in North Carolina.

Antonette Guider
Manager of Membership and Operations​
Antonette Guider is a multi-faceted nonprofit professional with experience in associations, higher education and nonprofits. Most recently, she was with the Radiological Society of North America’s editorial team managing the journal and office operations for Radiology in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to her role on the editorial team at RSNA, Antonette worked with the Research & Education Foundation and the department of research and grant writing programs, where she served as staff liaison to committees, managed education programming, grant applications, budgets, and awards. She has also held roles in office management, HR and administration for the Scripps Research Institute, the University of Wisconsin and the United Way. Antonette values data and uses the insights she discovers to make things better. Antonette is known for her commitment to excellence, team building and her solution mindset. Outside of work she enjoys time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, reading and stand-up comedy. Antonette is based in Wisconsin.

Jonah Willsey 
Membership Coordinator ​

Jonah Willsey is an accomplished association management professional with extensive experience in membership and operations administration, as well as program development. He previously served on the Membership & Operations team at Smithbucklin, where he drove member growth and retention for multiple professional trade societies. By leveraging cross-functional team capabilities, Jonah has consistently deepened member engagement and identified opportunities to maximize the value of human networks. Bringing a data-driven, solution-oriented approach and strong attention to detail, he is committed to operational excellence and delivering outstanding value for NANS members. Jonah enjoys attending local music events, volunteering, and scavenging used bookstores for hidden treasures. He is based in Chicago, IL.
