Ancillary Meeting Requests

If your company is planning on holding an event/meeting during the annual meeting, please utilize the Ancillary Meeting Request Form to request meeting space at Caesars Palace.

Be sure to review the Rules & Regulations noted on the form. Each meeting request must be submitted on a separate form. Requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to 10 business days for receipt of confirmation.

The main exhibitor contact (as provided on the Exhibit Space Application) may register their company’s exhibitor personnel using the login credentials provided by NANS Registration. An email will be sent from NANS Registration with instructions on how to login.

You may purchase additional Exhibit Hall Only badges for $200 Early Bird / $400 Final up to a maximum of double the complimentary allotment (i.e. a 10x10 booth can purchase up to 6 additional badges).

Complimentary All Access Meeting badges are available to those companies that join one of NANS sponsor levels. The number of badges is based on the sponsorship level (see below). These badges provide access to the exhibit hall, education sessions, and receptions, but they DO NOT include access to pre-conference sessions, sponsor provided lunch symposia, or continuing education credits. For additional badges, you may register and purchase the full meeting registration badges.

Registration changes/cancellation

Name changes and substitutions are permitted up until the meeting. During the meeting a $25 processing fee will be charged for each name change/substitution or replacement of a lost badge.
Registration fees paid are refundable, minus a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation request is received by NANS Registration in writing at nans@prereg.net by December 18, 2023. After this date registration fees are non-refundable, and no refund or credit will be provided.
Contributions for the 30th Anniversary Pin are non-refundable, and no refund or credit will be provided.
If an exhibitor “no-shows” for the meeting no refund or credit of the registration fee will be provided.

Hotel information

Caesars Palace is the official hotel for the NANS 2024 Annual Meeting. A limited number of rooms are also available at the LINQ Hotel + Experience which is located across the street (10-minute walk from the LINQ Hotel lobby to the Caesars Palace meeting location).

Room Rates: $259 single/double - Weekday (Sun-Thu)
$279 single/double - Weekend (Fri-Sat)

Each additional person will be charged $30 per person.

Rates do not include a $29 ($32.88 with tax) daily resort fee and 13.38% occupancy tax (subject to change).

The resort fee includes unlimited local phone calls, daily fitness center access for 2, and in-room internet access for 2 devices per room/per day.

LINQ Hotel + Experience - 3535 South Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Room Rates: $39 single/double - Weekday (Sun-Thu)
$119 single/double - Weekend (Fri-Sat)

Each additional person will be charged $30 per person.

Rates do not include a $35 ($39.68 with tax) daily resort fee and 13.38% occupancy tax (subject to change).

The resort fee includes unlimited local phone calls, daily fitness center access for 2, and in-room internet access for 2 devices per room/per day.

Please note: When viewing the hotel rates over multiple days an average rate will be shown.

Payment/deposit information

All reservations require a one-night room and tax deposit to guarantee the guest room. The hotel accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa as forms of payment.

Group Room Block Requests – 10 or more rooms

If you need 10 or more rooms, please use the Group Block Request Form to submit your request. Requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Once submitted NANS will forward your request to Caesars Palace for confirmation.

Housing Deadline – December 15, 2023

Hotel reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve your room early!

Reservation requests after this date may not be available at the discounted group rate.

Hotel Changes and Cancellations

You may make changes to your reservation online by selecting “Manage Existing Reservation” at the top right-hand corner.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid penalty charges. If you do not cancel your reservation in time or fail to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival your deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited. Your reservation will also be cancelled for the remainder of the stay.
