NANS strives to deliver exceptional value in all the products and services we deliver. In cases where a customer wishes to seek a refund, the following policy applies.

Membership Dues
Membership dues are nonrefundable.

Educational Programs (not Annual Meeting)
Fees for programs are nonrefundable.

Exhibit Booths, Sponsorships and Advertising for Annual Meeting
Exhibitors who wish to cancel their purchase may do so up to a certain date and receive a partial refund of their deposit. Please review the terms of the contract you signed and contact [email protected] for more information.

Meeting Registration
Meeting registrants may request a refund, less a processing fee, up to a certain date before the event. Please consult the meeting registration pages for more details.
